Since we are now divided into shifts, do we want to start three different threads to encompass all the conversations that happen during those shifts?

Sorry for the late reply, didn't see this.
The way I'd like us to work this out is that we go by timestamps. It's still kind of a work in progress to flesh out how exactly we'll work the shift rotations, so I'm sure eventually we'll find a way to make it work.
For the time being though, we'll just use time stamps to figure out who is doing what at what time.
